For over 30 years, we have supplied large format decals to the largest commercial aircraft manufacturers in the world. With a focus on quality and durability we have worked very hard to avoid decal failures by using proven inks and materials and paying close attention to installation locations and processes. This focus allows us to help our customers make important decisions involving decals vs. paint.
With the growing need for putting complex graphics onto demanding substrates that must endure extreme conditions, we have made research and development a top priority of our daily activity. For commercial aircraft we have developed the use of fluoropolymer films that can endure intense UV sunlight, very cold temps (-70 F), and wind speeds of 600 mph. We have developed both screen printing and digital printing of these films that allow the use of any imaginable design including metallic pigments. We are constantly testing products that will reduce weight, save process time and increase durability. |

With our large specialized equipment we have the capacity to print powder coated or anodized metals, glass, or acrylic panels used for interior or exterior applications.
Our knowledge of inks and substrates allows us to put graphics onto many challenging signage components.
Several large manufacturers of snow skis and water skis originated in the Pacific Northwest and we were a primary source of printing for them. Screen printing solvent inks onto Korad film , ABS and P-Tex sheets along with dye sublimation transfers were the primary products. Although much of this work has gone off shore, today we still provide printing onto these materials and printing dye sublimation inks onto transfer papers for our customers.
